Does anybody likes to talk about the exhibition of Viggos photos in Roskilde next month?

I'll be there to get an impression of his art and of course to see him.

I am very upset and anxious to see how near I can come.

If there are some people who already met him, what can we expect? A lot of security persons around him?
Should I take a telescope with me?

An autograph thats what I wish to take home, and a wonderful memory.

I have to rewrite it again! I had written a message but then I clicked on "Draft" and it disappeared. And now I don't know how to get it in here again.

It's possible that we aren't allowed to photograph in the exhibition room. So I will be a nice girl and let my camera stay in my bag.

But afterward in the garden I guess it's ok to photograph there. I guess they will put up a tent (like the ones they use for garden parties) so we won't freeze or get wet if it's very windy or raining. And I guess we have to go to the table where Viggo sits if we want to have his autograph. There might be guards but they won't prevent us from talking to Viggo. I think they are there as well to be ready to help if something happens. If someone gets ill and needs quick help I guess.

I'm sure we will stand on each others feet to be in the tent to talk to him. I don't want to be first. I won't get into the queue at once. And there will come lots of people you can count on that!

I'm not sure if I need to use blitz out in the tent. I will prefer not to use it as I won't annoy him with it.

Okay there will be lots of people. Thats for sure.
On 18th of Oct. it will start at 3 pm, should we be there 2, 3 or more hours before to stand in the line. What do you think about it.
It is quiet funny to talk about it. Afterwards we are renowned fans.

I think it's best to be there at 1pm (13:00 o'clock) or latest at 2pm (14:00 o'clock) to see the exhibition first and then go out into the garden around 3pm (15:00 o'clock) to meet Viggo.

Viggo will be out in the garden from 3pm (15:00) to 5pm or 6pm (17:00/18:00) to meet us and give us his autographed. I hope he doesn't gets pains in his wrist of all the autograph writing. I often get tired in my wrist if I have to do a lot of handwriting. I prefer to typewrite/computer write. It's better for my wrist.

I have never met him before (not that I know of).

You both sound so happy, Vigs and Pepe. It is very exciting for you. I hope you will have a wonderful time meeting Viggo, and getting autographs or photos, and that the experience will be everything you dream of.

I received a news letter from Palæfløjen (where the exhibition takes place) a few days ago.

In this newsletter we will provide you with the final details pertaining the
Viggo Mortensen exhibition at Palæfløjen. Earlier newsletters are printed
below for those of you who are new to this mailing list.

Earlier statement was:

Mr. Mortensen will be present and available for autographs from 15.00 hrs at
Palæhaven (the Palace Garden) from which point the exhibition will also be
open.

New statement is: The exhibition will open at 12.30 hrs, and the time for
the signing session has been moved to approximately 13.30-14.00 hrs and the
location for the signing has been moved from the Palace Garden to a nearby
highschool. Directions to this place will be available outside Palæfløjen.
The address is: Roskilde Gymnasium, Domkirkepladsen, DK-4000 Roskilde,
Denmark.

Additional information:

The artwork will be for sale for the present visitors, but NOT available
through the internet. Perceval Press publications will also be available.
People who cannot visit the exhibition can send us an email and be put on a
list for buying the special issue journal should any copies be left after
the opening. The price and conditions will be published on our homepage.

Photographing is allowed.

Admission is still open for everyone and free of charge.

Palæfløjen

As you can see they have changed the time for the opening of the exhibition and the place where Viggo will meet audience afterwards and give us autographes. That part of it will take part in a secondary/grammar/high school just opposite the exhibition place and close to the cathedral in Roskilde.

this will be my last message before I take off to copenhagen to see Viggo! I can't believe it.

It was a great idea to join VH.
I am curious how vigs or others enjoyed that meeting.
