| Here we can post recipes for food and drinks which we guess Viggo likes.
I start with
Koldskaal (which is a cold coup for dessert - or you can drink it just like a milkshake - made of buttermilk, eggs, sugar and vanilla). It's a really summer dish.
Whip 1 or 2 whole eggs with 2 - 4 table spoonful sugar until it's white. Add vanilla, buttermilk and eventually a little grated lemonshell and a little cream (not whipped). Eat it cold with crushed rusks or smaller sweeter "rusks" (I don't know what they are called in English) or you can drink it just like a milkshake.
