Ever try one of these poetry generators? Here's one that although dark creates some interesting imagery. There's 5 different generators so no two poems should ever be the same. Cool!

Here's one I did

Vampire

It is a night of blood, a song of dark desire,
wolves vent their loneliness. The ethereal one
rises.

Wisps of death shrouds her gaunt form,
an everlasting agony.

Her midnight hair cascades over
translucent ivory shoulders, and her
full blood red lips part slightly, to taste the
soul streaming from the
pale flesh beneath
her.

Now a night of sharing,
I thirst.

That sounds like fun. I'll have to try it.

Now I've found out, Aithne! I suddenly got the poem in a pop up. So here it is:

Alone in Darkness

the night falls with a silent sigh, cold and alone are we.
the light for which you sacrifice yourself
flares once, then dies,
swept away by your obsession.
all hope must end.

your love is no more.
how could you leave me?
shadows surround us, crying,
we have lost our light.

And written a bit like an e.e. cummings poem...

Here is mine untitled

what have you taken away?
a shadow of darkness as perceptions writhe.
once we savored wonder,
untainted and wide-eyed,
but your heart shrank.
a clouded vision of lies -
tears follow bone, follow memory,
love ground to dust.
in a well of sadness,
i see you.

By the way, I generated the poem and then some of the words I didn't like so I changed them. Why not?
