Oh, Chrys! I love your Christmas choir even if I don't know the hymn.
It's funny, Aithne! At once when I saw David Bovie and Bing Crossby I thought: The little drummer boy. And yes it was the song I thought about. I have loved it for a lot of years.
There are so many nice Christmas songs and hymns. We have a Danish female singer called Anne Linnet and she sings a song (which she has composed the music to by herself and a Danish clergyman, author and poet called Johannes Möllehave has written the text). It's called "Lille Messias" = Little Messias. It's also a quiet song like the Little drummer boy. I wish I could play it for you.
There is also a funny childrens Christmas song about a funny little mouse playing a banjo. It's called "Sören Banjomus" = Sören (his name) the banjo mouse. The man who made this song was a famous Danish singer called Otto Brandenburg (he died some years ago). It's such a song you become happy of hearing.
We have nice hymns too.
I found it in Youtube! I hope it works!
Here is Lille Messias/Little Messias sung by the composer herself, Anne Linnet.

It's such a nice song and a good melody.
Otto Brandenburg and some children singing "Sören the banjo mouse":

Here are 2 Danish Christmas hymns sung by the singer Kirsten Siggaard and a mixed choir. They are called "Julen har bragt velsignet bud" (= the Christmas has brought a blessed message) and "Her kommer Jesus dine små" (= Here come your small ones (children), Jesus).
